What kinds of situations make you feel stressed?
I feel stressed when several important tasks must be completed at the same time. It becomes difficult to decide what to do first, and I worry about making mistakes. To manage this, I write a list, divide large tasks into smaller steps, and focus on one thing at a time. This usually makes the workload feel more manageable.
Speaking in front of a large group can make me nervous, especially when I have not prepared enough. I may forget words or speak too quickly. Before a presentation, I practise several times and take slow breaths. The more experience I gain, the more confident I become in these situations.
